Choco Caramel Pie (Recipe)


Choco Caramel Pie

Oreo Crust:
Oreos - - - - - - - 24 cookies or 2 cups of oreo crumbs
butter - - - - - - - 1 stick 

Place oreos in a food processor until they are fine crumbs, add melted butter and process again. Now spread it in a pie pan evenly and chill until ready to use. 



Caramel Layer:

Brown Sugar - - - - - 1 Cup
Butter - - - - - - - - - -  1 Stick
Condensed Milk - - - half tin
Sugar - - - - - - - - - - - 2 Tbsp (use only if you want CRUNCH in your caramel otherwise skip it) 



Heat butter add brown sugar in it and let it simmer over low heat until sugar melts, let it simmer for few minutes.
Now add condensed milk. Let it cook for  4 - 5 minutes over low flame.
Add sugar mix and turn the stove off. Now pour it over oreo crust and put it back into the refrigerator.


Choco Ganache Layer:

Chocolate(chopped) - - - - - 2 cups 
Cream - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 2 cups 

Microwave cream for 2 minutes. 
 Pour it over chopped chocolate and let stand for 5 minutes until chocolate softens. Now mix well until smooth. Pour it over chilled caramel and place it back into the refrigerator to chill for at least 3 hours. 

Decorate it with chocolate shavings or oreo crumbs or sliced bananas or strawberries whatever you like.
